I should be glad to accompany you on your excursion to the
Wachau valley. On the way we will visit the
Benedictine Abbey of Melk (alternative: Abbey of Göttweig). After a short drive we will arrive in
Dürnstein, where the famous English king Richard, "The Lionhearted", was imprisoned in Dürnstein castle. There we can taste and buy the wine of this region.
After a boat trip on the Danube (approx. 90 minutes) we will arrive in
Krems, where we will enjoy a final walk through the old town centre.
Further possibilities for excursions on
request.

Wienerwald (Vienna Wodds)
A round trip through the Vienna Woods - with the possibility of taking pictures of the recently renovated Castle of Liechtenstein and an optional visit of the show mine Seegrotte Hinterbrühl - will lead you to the Monastery of Heiligenkreuz. There you can choose between a short stop or a visit of the monastery.
From there we will go to Mayerling and, driving through the romantic Helenental valley, to Baden, a health-resort known as the "Town of Roses". In Baden we will enjoy a walk in the "Kurpark"garden. Of course there will be enough time for taking pictures of the famous "Haus der Neunten", where Beethoven composed the 9th symphony during his summer holidays in Baden. On request we will stop at the Heuriger Spaetrot in Gumpoldskirchen.
